Luisa Fernanda Toledo has found her calling to take great works of writing and translate both their words and their meaning. It takes time for any author to find just those right words to describe what’s bouncing around inside their head. It takes a true master to take those ideas into another language without losing content, context or style.
But Luisa knows how.
Being fluent in three languages, Spanish, English, and German, has it’s advantages when searching for the true meaning of these words.
Luisa did not grow up with a desire to translate books. It took time to find this passion. On the way she studied to become a lawyer and moved into the world of banking for a decade. But something always bit at her when she would read traditional translations. They just don’t do the original work justice. Don’t just translate the words, let Luisa translate your meaning.
Luisa resides in Guatemala with the love of her life and their first child. Any chance she gets she’ll take a trip to the States for some fun.
